“The Bachelor” proposed to his chosen woman on Monday night’s finale of ABC’s reality dating show, and she said yes.
Naval lieutenant and doctor Andy Baldwin, 30, asked Tessa Horst, 26, a social worker from San Francisco, to be his wife after first sending home Bevin Nicole Powers, 28, a clinic-research coordinator from Palo Alto, Calif.
