Shocking exit on ‘America’s Got Talent’
In the biggest and least justified move since Boy Shakira made it through to the final 20, Side Swipe moved into the top eight while the infinitely more talented Calypso Tumblers went home. The Duttons, who we predicted would go home this week, were also sent packing, but Side Swipe stuck around and at least made the most of the opportunity by putting forward their only entertaining performance of the entire competition — a pirate-themed little number with choreographed flips and swordsmanship. But they’re the ones who should have been cut.
