With three women in the final four — Isabeau, Hollie and Julie — it appeared likely there would be a female Biggest Loser at long last. But a different kind of history was made during the NBC reality show finale.
Bill Germakos lost 170 pounds and 49.10 percent of his total body weight to take home the $250,000 grand prize, while his twin brother Jim beat out the non-finalist to take home $100,000. It was the first time twins made it to the Biggest Loser campus, let alone the first time one family pocketed the winnings.
