Ali Vincent drops 112 pounds to become the Biggest Loser
At first, returning home was difficult for Ali as she struggled to make the right food choices and push herself in her workouts, terrified of failure. But she rose to the challenge, and the former swimming champion began training herself like a world-class athlete. Before becoming to the Biggest Loser, Ali felt as if she were committing suicide by overeating, gradually making it harder for her body to function. Instead, she changed her life and made history: she lost the most weight of any woman on campus and went on to be the first female Biggest Loser, taking home $250,000.
