‘Survivor’ turns into a battle of the sexes
For the second week in a row, the tribe blindsided someone who had the hidden immunity idol but didn’t play it because he felt safe. “I was definitely played today by Natalie and the rest of the girls,” Jason said during his exit interview. “I should have been a little more wary.” He was convinced that Natalie sent him to Exile Island (where he found the new hidden immunity idol) because she wanted him in her alliance, but she really just wanted him out of the game, and convinced him that they were targeting James. After the vote, Jeff Probst said, “After back-to-back blindsides, anybody who still feels safe is a fool.” You would think that would have sunk in last week, but apparently not for Jason.
