Bizarre Foods does Thanksgiving
Chefs from all over the world will meet up at the historic Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis where they use the big kitchen to make some of the traditional dishes they eat for their own respective holidays. The main menu includes braised oysters with black hair moss, English goose, and stuffed pig’s feet. This meal wouldn’t be complete without dessert. Guests try traditional holiday sweets like spritz cookies and Asian cake.
