   I’M NOT TO SURE WHAT THIS IS ABOUT, BUT IF IT MEANS WINNING A HOME, THEN THAT SOUNDS ALOT BETTER THAN A SHELTER HOME RIGHT NOW.

   I like the fact that they’ve changed the rules somewhat and give people cash on top of the home, so that they don’t have to sell the home to pay for the property taxes.
