Why, because if it doesn't look good the majority are not willing to give people a chance. I've seen people who have all kinds of degrees , but can't really do much. It's the underdogs who actually understand and get the work done and they rarely get recognized, let alone hired into good positions because they don't have the right accreditations. You know everyone wants experience, but if no one gives someone who is willing to learn a chance, they will never know what diamond they passed up! Everyone has to learn somewhere, why no extend the hand and make an offer, if they are not any good you can always FIRE them! Most people embellish thier resumes!
