For this week’s quickfire challenge, the Chef’testants must prepare an entire dish in the time of one gondola ride up the mountain. Forget taking a minute to warm up, there is no time to spare. And later, Padma and Tom reveal the elimination challenge, or rather, The Culinary Games, a spinoff of the Winter Olympics. Only three chef’testants will be given the chance to compete in the finals.
