Debra Messing, Kelly Osborne, Isaac Mizrahi, Miranda Kerr, Pharrell Williams, Kenneth Cole, Molly Sims, along with diva Muppet Miss Piggy, will highlight the launch of two new “Project Runway” spin-offs on Lifetime November 3.

“Project Runway All Stars,” which premieres at 9 p.m. on that night, will also include memorable contestants from the flagship series, like season eight runner-up Mondo Guerra, season one’s fourth-place finisher Austin Scarlett and season five third place finisher Kenley Collins.

It’s the big finale of “PR,” and you can look at the episode as either a battle between good (Mondo or Andy) vs. evil (Gwetchen) or as a battle between good taste and bad taste or maybe just as another reality TV show catfight, but in any case, it should be exciting. I’ll be sad to see season eight end, although I do have high hopes that during the part of the show in which all the designers come together to gab about their memories, Ivy will come unglued and beat the hell out of someone. I’m sentimental that way.

‘Runway’ hopefuls get to work before unpacking

The designers come together, shake hands, and meet Heidi and Tim. Tim announces that the designers aren’t really on the show, as it’s still audition time and at least one person is going home before they unpack. The designers can pull one item of clothing out of their luggage, which they can use for the challenge.

“Project Runway” has never given me nightmares before, but that may change after last night’s episode. And I’m not even talking about Ben’s outfit, which incorporated one of my all-time biggest fears. (Thanks a lot, “Jaws.”) No, I’m talking about that black thing of Amy’s that is now haunting my thoughts like only a Sasquatch bosom could. Talk about your Bearded Ladies.

Actually, the whole episode felt kinda off, what with the inevitable Garnier Fructis Let’s- Pretend-Hair-Is-Anywhere-Near-as-Important-as-the-Clothes challenge failing to yield more than one memorable garment. That and the fact that there was no mystery whatsoever as to who was going home.

The Friday finale runway show of “Project Runway” had so many designers that even its surprise guest judge had trouble keeping track.

“I remember pieces,” country singer Faith Hill said after the show, admitting that she hadn’t yet learned the names of the contestants that she’ll be critiquing. “If I had my book in front of me, I would be able to remember. But I just remember the pieces so vividly.”
